Large covered deck makes a great second living room. Owner will sell home furnished and with a 2014 electric Nissan Leaf. Down stairs has a one car garage, separate room 182 s/f with washer and dryer and lots of cabinets for storage. House is raised so there is ample storage for all your water toys and landscaping equipment. The yard is on a complete irrigation system and plenty room for a nice size garden. At the top of the road there is a hiking or hunting trail to the top of Molokai. Certain days you can hike and certain days you can hunt. There is a home owners association of $675 quarterly which maintains Kawela Plantation private water system. Only 4 miles from town and just a 1/2 mile to the water’s edge and paddle daily to the gorgeous reef in front. Kawela has their own beach park to use with bathrooms.
