Palms at Waikiki condo is located along the main artery of Ala Moana Blvd at the gateway of Waikiki in Honolulu.  The location is a wonderful vacation spot being within walking distance to all of Waikiki Beach, The Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Moana Beach Park. With  lots of shopping and restaurants, and only a couple of blocks from a little grocery store. The Palms Waikiki building was originally built in 1971, but went under an extensive renovation when the building went through a condo conversion in 2004.  Currently the onsite manager for the hotel is Aqua Resorts.  The amenities including a pool, fitness room, and community laundry among others.  Some units do come with parking spaces and occasionally a park space will be sold without a unit.
